What we collect
What you type into a form on this site: your name, email, company, your message and any qualifying answers. Our forms are processed by HubSpot, which also sets analytics cookies on lark.win so we can see which pages are read.
Why
To respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We send commercial email only to people who have asked for it, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires. Submitting a form is consent to be contacted about that enquiry, nothing more.
Who else sees it
HubSpot (our CRM and forms, hosted in the United States) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Nobody else, and we don't sell or share your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: hello@lark.win. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies
HubSpot analytics cookies only; no advertising cookies. Block them in your browser and the site still works.
