Where we are
Larkwin is based in Waterloo, Ontario. Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge are a short drive; the rest of southwestern Ontario is a morning away.
Both partners have spent their careers in Ontario. Ian Howlett ran engineering at an Ontario software consultancy after ten years in core banking at CIBC. Toni Kay led HR inside HSBC and CIBC and held an interim directorship at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener.

Do you work on site?
Yes, in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, and within a drive of them. Most readiness and HR work runs as a mix: on site for the kickoff and the working sessions that need a room, remote for the rest. A fractional seat is on site for the leadership-team cadence and remote between.
Do you only work with companies in Waterloo Region?
No. We work with software companies across Ontario and Canada, remotely where that makes sense. Waterloo Region is where we are based and where we start.
